We are here to empower you to stand up for yourself

A Personal Message from Justina Ricci, founder and managing partner.

Hello,

Welcome to Ricci & Partners, where our passion for justice and dedication to our clients drive everything we do.

I founded this law firm with the firm belief that every individual deserves fair treatment and equal rights, especially in the workplace. With years of experience in employment law, I have witnessed the impact that discrimination, harassment, and unfair practices can have on individuals and their livelihoods.

At Ricci & Partners, our mission is clear: to fight for justice, empower our clients, and create positive change. We are here to provide you with the legal support and guidance you need to navigate the complexities of employment law and protect your rights. Our team is committed to advocating fiercely on your behalf, whether you are facing workplace discrimination, wrongful termination of your employment, wage disputes, or other employment-related challenges.

We understand that every case is unique, and we approach each one with compassion, empathy, and personalised attention. Our goal is not only to achieve favorable outcomes but also to ensure that you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the legal process. We believe in open communication, transparency, and building strong partnerships with our clients.

Before setting up Ricci & Partners I was determined to support employees only. However, as time progressed I realised the impact that good legal support can have on resolving disputes before they escalate and assisting employers handle difficult and tricky situations by providing them with clear guidance on what they need to do to meet their legal obligations. As such we support businesses who welcome good working practices and provide them with necessary assistance and guidance on their journey to creating a welcoming and fair environment for their employees.

I invite you to explore our website, learn more about our services, and read the testimonials from our satisfied clients. When you’re ready, reach out to us for a consultation, where we can discuss your situation, evaluate your legal options, and chart a path forward.

Thank you for considering Ricci & Partners as your trusted legal partner. We are grateful for your trust.

I am incredibly grateful to Justina Ricci for her invaluable help with my case. Her expertise, dedication, and compassionate approach were instrumental in achieving a positive outcome.“

Employee Services

Settlement Agreements

In employment law, settlement agreements are commonly used to resolve disputes between employers and employees, including issues like wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, or contractual disagreements.

For the settlement agreement to be enforceable it needs to meet specific criteria. One of those is that you get independent legal advice from your solicitor.

We can advise on you the terms, help you negotiate a better package, and where possible we fix our fees to your employer’s contribution so our service for you is free.

Legal Advice

If you need advice on your employment rights, we can help. We offer a fixed fee service. For more information please get in touch.

Negotiate Exit

Settlement agreement negotiations can be a daunting and sometimes stressful prospect. However, if you have decided that the best option for you is to leave your employment, then it is important that you have the necessary support to ensure that you leave on terms that are most favourable to you.

We are experienced in negotiating exit packages and we will advise and support you throughout the process.

Employment Tribunal

In the event that your matter escalates to litigations we will support you by helping you draft the claim, deal with all case management directions, prepare your documents, your schedule of loss, attend preliminary hearings on your behalf and assist you with all employment tribunal related steps.

Agreement Review

More often than not, employers will ask that you enter into certain restrictions that will apply to you even after your employment terminates. It is important that you understand what those are, and negotiate them before you commence your employment. If you need our assistance to advise you on the terms of your employment intellectual property, confidentiality and restrictive covenant clauses, we can help.

Grievance Support

Although we are not usually able to participate in the internal procedures, we can assist you with drafting your grievance and supporting you through the process to ensure that you take all the necessary steps to protect your position should the matter escalate to litigation.
